There are moments on the block that feel like they’ve been vibrating in the atmosphere long before they actually manifest. This is one of those moments. If you’ve been rocking with On the Block, you know our frequency is all about alignment. On June 6th, that path leads us to a celebration that is a decade in the making! We are thrilled to announce the official release party for Peace & Red Velvet and their debut album, X June 6th at Eleven:Eleven!
This isn’t just a drop, it’s a revelation. Think about where you were ten years ago. Think about the growth, the shifts, and the lessons you’ve gathered since then. Peace & Red Velvet met exactly ten years ago to the day, and since that initial spark, they have been crafting a time capsule. X is a collection of ten unreleased songs—one for every year of their shared journey. It’s a sonic history of two artists finding their rhythm, and now, they’re finally letting us into that vault.
To honor a journey this significant, we’re asking you to bring your highest energy to the space at 1512 11th Ave. The vibe for the evening is "Royal Fit." When we talk about royalty at Eleven Eleven, we aren’t talking about crowns and capes (unless that’s your vibe—then by all means, lean in). We’re talking about that inner dignity, that "on the block" excellence, and the way you carry yourself when you know exactly who you are. Step into the room wearing whatever makes you feel most majestic. We want the aesthetics to be as elevated as the music.
We’re calling this a Time Machine for a reason. As we groove through these ten tracks, we’re traveling back through a decade of soul and sound. It’s an immersive experience designed to remind us that art doesn't have an expiration date. Sometimes, the most beautiful things need time to marinate until the frequency is just right for the world to hear them.
One of the most intentional parts of this night is that it is an all-ages event. It’s so important to me that we keep our space open to the next generation of creators. I want the youth to see what it looks like to stay the course. I want them to witness what happens when you honor your craft for ten years without rushing the process. This is community in its truest form—elders, artists, and kids all grooving in the same time machine.
From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Whether you’ve been following Peace & Red Velvet since day one or you’re just now catching the wave, there is a seat at the table for you. We’re going to celebrate the "X"—the crossing point where preparation finally meets the perfect moment.
